Launch prices apply to quotes accepted with the deposit paid by 31 December 2026. Delivery dates are agreed according to scope. What each service includes

Send what you have
Format, factory template, files and deadline. If something is missing, we help you spot it.

Fixed price and date
We review your material and confirm pieces, price, rounds and delivery date in writing before you pay.

Approve the preview
You check content and layout on a visual preview and ask for changes within the agreed rounds.

Receive the files
Final output
Organised production files to your factory’s specification, ready to upload.
We confirm the delivery date in writing in the quote, before you pay anything. If you already have a factory deadline, tell us in your enquiry and we will say whether we can make it. The deposit and payment method are stated in the quote.

We speak your factory’s language.
The cover people pick up and the file the factory opens. A design can look finished and still need bleed, folds, resolution and colour setup before it prints.
Your factory’s template
We work on the exact template and specs your plant gives you. If it has its own requirements, we adapt to them.
Rejection reports
If the factory sends files back, its report is our starting point. We tell you what can be fixed before charging anything.

We can start with the concept. Final files need the template from the factory you choose.
Only have a PDF or an image?
Send it. We assess what can be done before quoting; some fixes need editable originals.
Can I use AI-generated cover art?
Yes, if you have the right to use it. We check its resolution and whether it can be adapted to the format. Many generated images come out smaller than a vinyl sleeve needs; if it needs rebuilding or upscaling, we tell you before starting.
Can you fix rejected artwork?
Send the rejection report, templates and originals. We assess the cause and explain what can be corrected. Some fixes need layered originals or higher-resolution images.
Do you work with clients in other countries and with any factory?
Yes. We work online with artists and labels in any country and with whichever factory you choose, wherever it is: we just need its template and specifications. We work in Spanish and English. Prices are in euros and the quote states how taxes apply in your case.
Do you manufacture records or master audio?
We do not manufacture ourselves, but we work with partner factories: if you like, we can also quote manufacturing for vinyl, CD or cassette alongside the design. Audio mastering and DDP are outside our service.
Do you make cover art for Spotify, Bandcamp and other platforms?
Yes. If you order a full design, the digital version of the cover is included. If you only need a digital cover, or an existing one adapted, we will quote it. Always check your distributor’s requirements: they usually ask for a square, high-resolution image without web addresses or social handles.
