Terms of service
Quotes, deposit, revision rounds, delivery and the launch offer.
1. Quote
Before starting we review your material and send a written quote with the pieces, price, revision rounds and delivery date. Work starts once the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid.
2. Payment
The deposit and payment method are stated in the quote. Prices are final and include applicable VAT.
3. Launch offer
Launch prices apply to quotes accepted with the deposit paid by 31 December 2026. Delivery dates are agreed according to scope.
4. Your material
You confirm you have the rights to use the images, texts, logos and fonts you send us, including AI-generated images. We need the final texts and credits and the final factory template before preparing production files.
5. Revision rounds
Each service includes the rounds stated on the pricing page. Further rounds, a new creative direction or a template change after approval are quoted before doing them.
6. Delivery and factory approval
We deliver production files to the specifications you or your factory provide. Final technical approval and the physical result depend on the manufacturer. If the factory rejects a file because of an error on our part within the agreed scope, we correct it at no extra cost.
7. Colour
Screen previews are for reviewing content and layout; they do not guarantee printed colour. Ask your manufacturer for a colour proof if colour is critical.
8. Manufacturing and out of scope
We do not manufacture ourselves. If you ask for a manufacturing quote, we arrange it with partner factories, and the quote states who manufactures and on what terms. We do not master audio or create DDP files.
9. Use of the design
Once fully paid, you may use the final design for the agreed release and its promotion. Delivery of editable source files and cancellation terms are set out in the quote. We will only show your project in our portfolio with your explicit permission.
