What data we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email, project details, links to files and your message.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. If you hire us, also to manage the project and issue invoices.
Legal basis
Your consent and the steps prior to a contract at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Invoicing data is kept to comply with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Project and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by tax law.
Who else sees it
The form is sent through Web3Forms, which acts as a data processor. If that provider is outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the safeguards it offers (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@vectorandvinyl.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
